THOMB becomes Alpine Esports ambassador

Today, the dream I have been working towards since I started streaming in 2019 is becoming a reality. I am extremely excited to start a new adventure with Alpine Esports and partnering with Race Clutch. Esports and simracing has had a huge influx in growth in the past year and I cannot wait to play a part in the growth of the newly founded Alpine Esports team.

I am immensely excited to finally announce I will become part of the Alpine Esports team as an Ambassador as I continue to try bridging the gaps between sim racing and real racing. Throughout the 2021 F1 Esports season, I will make appearances in video content for the Alpine Esports team. My role includes being the main presenter of a never before seen F1 Esports liveshow that will air later this year.

In 2021, Renault F1 Team underwent a major overhaul transforming the team into Alpine F1 Team, based on their premium sports car brand. In line with their rebrand, Alpine F1 Team’s esports structure is evolving into an increasingly professional business unit. 

Simracing is starting to become more and more mainstream but there is so much more that goes on behind the scenes within the simracing and esports world. Together with Race Clutch and Alpine Esports, my goal is to bridge the gaps between simracing and physical racing and to show racing fans all over the world that simracing is just as exciting - and sometimes even more exciting - as the real thing! Through these ideals, I think the synergies between Alpine Esports, Race Clutch and myself are a perfect match. 

The ambassadorship with Alpine Esports is a dream come true and I cannot wait to get started sharing my passion through the content that we are going to produce. A huge thank you to Race Clutch and Richard Arnaud, the freshly appointed Alpine Esports team principle for offering me this opportunity.
